Their ideology is "Does this feel or sound like it's bad for group X based on our hive minds way of thinking? If so then I hate it"
Honestly, I remember a headline when they banned conversation therapy under Obama. And a bunch of my leftist friends were so excited. But I kept asking "Yeah, maybe don't expose kids to it, but why can't an adult try it if they want to? No moral issue there, and plus people do all kinds of pseudoscience medical treatments, acupuncture, eastern medicine, Faith healing, reiki(sp?) massage, chiropractors, the list goes on
It’s just as much of a “conversion therapy” as is working with an anorexic person to stop starving themselves. Delusions need correction- that is the compassionate thing to do.
