What exactly does that mean??? The judiciary is not running the country, as far as I know. They have a different role. A coup usually refers to a removal of the rulers of a country and replacing them with unelected leaders. Is this happening????
This is probably considered a soft coup.
Rather than the military taking control and removing a government leader, what we are seeing is activist judges keeping the duly elected, landslide vote getting , President of the United States from implementing the exact agenda he said he would implement if the people voted him back into office.
These judges are purposely trying to gum up and slow down the executive branch.
This is not how our Founding Father's envisioned our government. There should be 3 co-equal branches.
As of now, these activist judges (Judicial Branch) are legislating from their benches (overriding the Legislative Branch) and they are taking Executive control away (from the Executive Branch).
