^ You, everyone else and their brother is waiting for this. There are a lot of people who won't even bink an eye at any of the stuff from the last 8 years but will know we won after they abolish the IRS. Income tax is unconstitutional.
Seems to me that the only serious expense with a Constitutional Republic is national defense, and that can be paid with tariffs. Perhaps greatly simplified state and local governments can be funded with a simple tax: take the budget, and divide by the population. No property tax, so no one can lose their property to government. No education funding at all. EDUCATION BY THE PARENTS!!!!
From MEMETODEATH~ Already done on 6-27-24 in the SCOTUS SEC ruling. You just have to file a motion to dismiss for 1. no jurisdiction (unconstitutional Fed/State admin courts have no jurisdiction within the states), and 2. no standing (IRS) because they cannot prove any ACTUAL DAMAGES without revealing they are committing fraud (they are unlikely to do this) per Lujan v. Defenders of Wildlife which establishes the 3 required facts to establish standing A. Injury-in-fact (actual, not theoretical damages), B. Causality (actions of defendant resulted in the actual damages in A.), C. Redressability (remedy will actually address the damages in A. caused by entity named in B.).
Let me know when they shut down taxes.
