Might be easy... but history and legal precedence has shown that it's harder to prove a libel case for a "public figure" (the legal term) than it is for a private citizen. It would hinge on whether a court finds that Musk is, or is not, a "public figure."

Apparently under our laws, public figures are more open to criticism and characterization than private citizens. But I do hope Musk wins YUGELY and BIGLY.
