WA State wanted to force everyone to go straight electric and ban natural gas in upgrades, renos and new construction and ban local companies from offering natural gas in futures years forcing full replacements. So WA voters got an initiative on the ballot tthe have their choice and passed it last year. But now a judge says nope and denies the passage.

So like all the other blocks that liberal judges are throwing up to block everything else they just denied the people’s choice to have and maintain their choice of natural gas,

Judges are out of control legislating from the bench.
