You appear to be seriously delusional. My great great grandparents were born here and not a Canadian in the bunch. I'm not lobbying for the Canadians. My concern is ONLY America.
"He can ignore it and do it anyway."...if he tries that his next impeachment will end in conviction.
4)...are you saying you and those like you and Trump will ignore the Constitution? You know what happens to people that do that? Prison !! That's how things are now...and have been for a very long time.
Uh, in case you hadn't noticed, Trump is now above the law and cannot legally be impeached or imprisoned Trump v. United States, 603 U.S. 593, so, no, it will not.
There is nothing unconstitutional about Trump fufilling His constitutional duties- that is a contradiction in terms. All the sabateours and traitors who try to stop him, that's breaching the constitution
I shouldn't be surprised but again you have grossly misread your materials. In this case Trump-v-U.S. .You leave out a major part of Roberts majority decision....like the part where he says there is no absolute immunity...it did not extend to "conduct in areas where his authority is shared with Congress". That would be a thing like treaties...the path that would need to be taken to attach Canada. Canada is NOT going to give up their sovereignty because Trump says...'you're a State of the United States now.' They have made that clear.
To try to attach Canada against their will, would be treated as an act of war by every nation, except maybe Russia. He needs Congress for War
Again... more delusional thought. You realize we are both NATO partners. You think the Peace POTUS is going to move in a belligerent way against an ally...and Congress isn't going to give away their authority as far as the U.S. granting Statehood. Hell they won't go that far for Puerto Rico.
And don't forget...the courts will tie Trump up for more than 2 yrs if he tries this without Congress. They are tieing him up now over MS13 a'holes on airplanes. There is a good chance we lose the House or Senate to the libs...if that happens the treaty is dead if we lose the Senate..no Statehood for Canuks.

But who's going to stop us? Canada? Unlikely. Europe? Love to see them try. Congress? They know their place and will obey Trump.
There is nothing, and no-one, that can stop what is coming and THAT is Canada being brought back into its rightful place as US territory.
