I wonder if it has something to do with the Acquisition of Canadian Territory. We all know Canada, Australia, New Zealand, are not Soverign territories. Sooooo maybe it has to do with the transfer of these territories??? I'm just spitvalling here i have no evidence of this other than the countries listed all still are owned by the crown
