Both Wong and Goldberg were likely in on it. By publishing what happened in the chat he outed himself, the entire thing was subversion. Probably worse for Wong, likely a CCP spy imbedded deep into our government. As a side note I have a relative that worked with communication stuff for the military (special forces) and then non military government stuff to prevent the kind of thing that happened here. He has trained embassy personnel throughout the world how to avoid these kind of things (ie avoid being spied on). I communicate to him using signal, but he tells me even that is not fully secure and likely monitored by entities within our own government.
