I've been taking a weekly dose since then as a preventative, too. When I start to get a cold, I take several doses right away, and it goes away. One time, I didn't tighten the plunger stopper enough and got about three times my dosage. I took it anyway. I felt great the next day.

Can I ask how much and how often you take it to feel as well as you do? I really need help with my pain. Every day is a struggle.
