Wow. That is whacked out. Let me guess. Same group of people who wants to impose a weekly ritual on everyone to separate the trash from the kitchen scraps from the recyclables. And of that latter category to separate paper from plastic from metal from glass, to remove paper labels from cans and bottles, to remove the caps off of the plastic bottles, to unfold the cardboard boxes into neat sheets. Because you know ... the collection truck doesn't smash it all together again.
