They should do a zero based budget funding. Show what you want to produce. Show it is balanced, show it is Culturally relevant and enriching. THEN it gets funded and they produce it. The Arts and Content produced without Corporate influence is important to America's growth. Just don't let a bunch of Commies get hold and ruin everything.
