Help of foreigners out - How can a federal judge investigate the Signal Chat matter and make orders accordingly? No crime has been committed from what I read, the DOJ has not referred it to court so wtf is going on?

I just have no concept of how a judge can get involved when no charges have been laid???

Yes it's about preserving federal records.

it seems Goldberg/Atlantic has done that for us.
