It says something like you have to be a "tax netpayer" and "make more than $40,000" a year. A bit disheartening if that's true, there's lots of hardworking Americans who dont make that much, that still need it :(

I go for this. Stop “giving” away money, There is enough welfare. How about a break for the people who pay taxes? I see people who make low wages who GET BACK $6,000 in taxes that they did not withhold. It is a refundable tax. Take these giveaways, plus free food, plus free utilities, plus free 0bamacare and the taxpayers end up with less at the end of the month than the “underprivileged”. Any the taxpayers have to show up for work every day.
