So I did an unofficial tour with one of the guys at dealy Plaza about ten years ago, and he specifically said a shooter was in the jail. He pointed out where there were bullet marks in several places. Then he said to make a line from where the bullets hit to where they would logically have come from. It was not the depository but the jail...

Same but it was 30 years ago.
I've never heard about that theory. And the people in the jail,never mentioned it to my knowledge.
