Limit international student visas to 2% of the student population.

We should limit the student visas issued to 2% of the student population of our Universities and colleges. AT MOST.

I went to the University of Michigan in the 80s. Back then the majority of students were Michigan kids, most of the rest kids from other States and a few foreigners. My niece just graduated from Michigan. She graduated HS with a 4.0 and took all the AP classes. Yet she had to wait list and went to MSU for her freshmen year. Her classes were all majority foreigners. Drive through Ann Arbor and most of the kids you see are Chinese and Middle Eastern. Its a travesty.
