These students who meet requirements are guaranteed college admission to one of 10 Cal State campuses.

Sounds like they are copying the fake degree system from India. Think of all the fake degrees given to people with sports scholarships…

Those of us who graduated Summa watch our hard work become useless in a candidate pool of fakes.
