Well…Wisconsin has a lot of mentally ill voters. You can tell it’s a blue controlled state because you see the chemtrails everywhere when you look up on a clear day. I’m from Illinois and it’s a guaranteed chemtrail hub, even Indiana which is supposed to be red…chemtrails all over the place. Not sure if their governor is a closet homo/liberal
