Trump filed the suit back in March of 2022 and it was dismissed without prejudice in Sept of 2022. As of Sept 2024 The Courts have given Trump more time to file a Key Document to proceed.

He had six months to file an extension, which passed March 31 without it being filed, so it appears Trump doesn't have any real interest in doing it?
