He’s an elected official, but none of the people he was elected to represent are affected either because he only represents American citizens. Not his circus, not his monkeys, not any of his business. So no standing to file the lawsuit.
That's what I'm thinking. Illegals have no right to vote so how could you sue to prevent a measure that stops something that shouldn't be happening.
