Addendum: I went to flight school in the 1980's and part of the course was to learn basically everything a meteorologist has to learn about weather systems and cloud types and being able to identify which ones had dangerous down drafts, etc.
That cloud formation did not exist on planet Earth since its formation all the way up until recent decades. In the 1980's it did not and had never existed. Again, it is a by-product of man-made ionospheric heating by intense and hyper focused radio frequency, which creates a lower altitude plasma field.
You can see in the photo that the bubbling formation on the right vs the distinctly different storm formation on the left is where the high- and low-pressure systems are converging. The abnormal cloud tops on the left (super cell but with diminished height and robust top-formation) pale in comparison the bubbling effect on the cloud system on the right and is clear evidence, to the trained eye, that super heating of the ionosphere is "steering" the storm artificially.
