Offers mean nothing. Tariffs are just one piece and they are not even the most significant piece. Its the hidden bullshit like the VAT, currency manipulation, etc that is the real problem.

So faggots begin with this -- unilaterally set your tariffs to zero, then beg for talks. We will think about it.
