Not sure about this meme, but there was an article written in the New York Times when Trump leveraged all the banks that stated his IQ level was at Genius level.

This is same time when 60 minutes did an expose on the Donald and coined the phrase with his bankers that he was "To big to fail".

If someone could track that down it would verify the meme.
