Even if they manage to change the map in Wisconsin and elect two Democrats via special election, The numbers will remain the same as before the Florida Special elections. The Democrats just have to convince a few dozen RINOs to go independent and caucus with them. That is not going to happen as the party is seen as toxic. Besides, the only thing that President Trump wouldn't be able to do is name MTG to a cabinet level position.
