The Senate was the key. Getting key SCOTUS appointments was critical. The clearest example of 3 branch purposes. Congress makes the Law. Judicial interprets the Law. Executive enforces/executes those Laws. No branch can go outside their respective lanes to implement the others purposes. Expect the DS playbook to be used... clog up the courts to delay, delay and more delays. Epic fail. Thank God our founding fathers had the foresight to prevent that from happening.
