So you are telling me that the Chinese people that own the buffet near me who can only field one person that speaks almost indecipherable english, makes fake chinese food?

Yes. General Tso's chicken is a great example of Chinese food that is not actually Chinese. It's made for American palates because Americans love fried chicken and sweet shit.
