Trump knew - He wouldn't have done the HCQ

Had he not pushed Operation Warp Speed, they would of pushed a much longer lockdown and gotten the EUA removed and had forced vaxxes.

It just forced their plan faster than they were ready for and kept freedom of choice with the EUA.

Plus the longer lockdown would have crushed the economy and ushered in the "universal income"
