That's a really good question and I think the most dangerous one (although unlikely) could be something referred to as "mirror life" bacteria.
What makes it dangerous is the organic molecules (or dna) that make it up are reversed or "mirrored" which could in theory give it absolute immunity to any and all antibiotics, and even unrecognizable to our immune systems because if it's unique configuration.
