Bless your daughter! As a neighbor State of SD we know. Find a farmer/rancher and they will tell you a good locker (that’s a butcher to city folk 😂) and buy local!!! Just stocked another 1/2 beef at $4.02/lb and the taste is nothing like a piece of store bought crud that they call beef.
