I was not aware that when you’re a guest of the President that the tax payers pay for your lodging. When Ukraine Dictator Zelensky and Trump finished their meeting, Trump refuse to pay their lodging. As the discussion became more heated, Trump abruptly ended the meeting, canceling the planned joint press conference and minerals deal signing. According to Fox News, Zelenskyy "begged to stay and work this out," but Trump was unwilling to continue the conversation. White House staffers later consumed the lunch that was originally meant for the Ukrainian delegation.
