I am not fond of some of the things I've seen from Pam, but I am maintaining a holding pattern for now. She still has time to right wrongs, but she needs to get moving.
One thing I find disturbing about her is a seeming lack of consciousness regarding leadership. She made a fool out of herself with the Epstein binder fiasco, then laid the blame on underlings within the FIB. If we assume she is being honest about why the information was not delivered (and I believe she is) then it means that her subordinates defied her orders, humiliated her in front of the public, and wasted the time and money of innocent American citizens who traveled to DC to receive those binders.
Oh, that's a very big deal that warrants a very big, and very harsh response. Willful insubordination committed by underlings in a conspiratorial fashion with the intent to deceive the leader of the DoJ, and the public.
Oh no, motherfuckers. That cannot happen. Her lack of retaliatory action for that disgraceful humiliation is a glaring sign of weakness- at the least. She should have fired people the very next day (maybe she did? But I don't know). And, criminal charges for conspiracy to defraud the govt. and citizens of the USA should have already been filed, with arrest warrants for the offending underlings.
In addition, she should be making public statements about the incident to assure the public that such swamp minion behavior will not be tolerated. Back it up with actions, not just words- FILE CONSPIRACY CHARGES NOW!

Your assessment of her is very accurate.
