During COVID when I experienced a Spiritual Awakening, I stopped using sunscreen and stopped wearing sunglasses. God sent his Wisdom down.

I'd love to not wear sunglasses but I have ever since 7th grade bc transitioning from dark to light causes migraines for me. I'm nearly 50 and can count on one hand number of days I saw sunlight without my glasses

There are responsible arguments for Seniors to be wearing Sunglasses. Personally, I've got a baseball cap on most days. What really hurts my eyes are the new headlights. If I get a bad dose during nighttime driving. It can damage my seeing for days. Nothing like an Elder conversation.
