You can't just wave a magic wand an have that happen.
You have to trigger a sequence of events.
Tariffs should reduce the tax burden.
Opening forests and oil wells should lessen the cost of building.
Reciprocal tariffs will force more food sales locally ---- should drop food prices from competition.
