The State doesn’t have the right in any way shape or form to take over parental control of someone’s children. Sending your child to a public school gives the state the impression they have all the rights, and in a way they do, by implied consent. So, we need to have contracts with the schools clearly indicating what rights we, as parents, are giving up. Just like a EULA. And if a parent does not consent to that control, then the school clearly doesn’t have it, or they can say you can’t use their school. Lack of a clear contract is where we are failing.

If that's true, then 13 year olds can also decide which parent has custody of them after a divorce. That would save countless millions in court fees.
