I've heard thar everything you are doing works, but it is best to start treatment by fasting. Did you try to fast?
Yes they do recommend the fast mimicking diet. To be honest, I have such a hard time eating enough as it is, so I do not worry about calories.
My integrative doc and nurses say, do the best you can with the diet, mostly on the treatment week.
