George H.W. Bush was sworn in as president in Jan.1989 & construction on the unnecessary Denver International Airport (that displayed their evil intentions) started that fall. Denver, Colorado was, more than likely, the intended capital of the ds so there's a lot of evil to deal with in that state I'd imagine.
