Why did the FBI order the THP to release him? We all assume its because the FBI is dirty. But what if, after his deportation orders and the subsequent ruling he could be deported anywhere but El Salvador, he became a CHS for the good guys?

Its my opinion that Trump used this guy as bait and the rats fell into the trap.

But if he is a bad guy and not a CHS wouldnt Van Hollens trip to meet him and get him released be treason? He is giving aid and comfort to someone on the terrorist watch list which by default makes him an enemy of the United States.
