If the POTUS declares war or a National Emergency; if Congress does not respond for 90 days POTUS becomes CIC. January 20th + 90 days is Aprill 21st by my count. What is required for the Military to take over investigations from the 3 leter agencies? Proven? Scotty mar video at 1.06 shows 4217? April 21st, 7 year delta? We are ready. Unleash the trump card!
