I have never had a fishing license, but I have fished a lot, some on fishing piers on the ocean and some in rivers and creeks.
I can build whatever I want on my property without asking anyone. I built a huge greenhouse in my backyard years ago.
I don't use parking meters or toll roads.
My father drove for years before he ever got a license. There just weren't any officers around.
Once someone asked to see my drivers license and said, "Are you aware that this expired 5 months ago?" Gee, no.
