I don’t know what the “official” dosage is, but I’ve heard start out with a dropper full then work up to a teaspoon. I mostly use it externally, but my daughter 31yrs has Ehlers danlos syndrome so I’m putting on the redneck lab coat once again and going on another healing mission. I know one thing DMSO is definitely going to be a part of my plan for her.
