One doesn't order them. Like the snazzy uniforms of the Swiss Guard designed by Leonardo da Vinci, they are custom made, so you'd have to be a part of the organization, and then be sent to the tailors.
Otherwise every crackpot new world organization could order them. Oh, wait.
