Soooo it's a bunch of government officials doing nothing and then running victory laps on the news? She was REFERRED to the DoJ for CRIMINAL CHARGES. Ok, but has she actually be indicted? Is an arraignment scheduled? Will there be an arraignment scheduled with actual legal proceedings and the possibility of consequences or is it just another case of fox news showboating with a nothingburger because the DoJ isn't gonna do jack shit to this person. If she hasn't been actually charged, and she's not going to be charged, than this is just another sternly worded letter for the furnace.
