The issue is that "emergency" Medicare pays for them to have all the babies they want. Those are all little citizens. Then they can load up on the benefits. And I mean LOAD UP... :(

imagine an illegal mother. but 15 children in about 10 years. Triplets, twins.. they get more in benefits than many middle class families can earn. true story unfortunately and not a "one off".
