I tried to find more corroboration, but couldn't. I found a FB post and a linked in post that seemed to match, but nothing more than what's linked below. Even so, this smacks of corruption that's easy-to-read, and hard-to-defend by anyone. This may all come out as HR 229, the motion to impeach Boasberg, moves to and gets tried in the Senate. Here's the story:

The judge was consulted on filings that were submitted to his own court, by parties that would benefit from his court's rulings, before the briefs were filed, sometimes even before the cases were filed. In other words he was helping one of the parties in his courtroom before the other party was even informed about a given proceeding.

It's slightly less damaging than what I just wrote, because it wasn't the actual named party in the case but rather an aligned 3rd party filing an amicus brief. But doing it in advance shows it was coordinated, and virtually the same as if it were the named party.

The tale of how it went down, if true, is straight out of a Perry Mason episode, complete with a surprise "gotcha!" evidence. Enjoy! (It's about 15 minutes, but you'll know by minute 3 if you want to listen to the whole thing.) https://youtu.be/MUpjqmRgvoQ
