Trumps blue suit with a blue tie are obviously comms. Vance wore a yellow tie with his suit when he visited the Pope before his passing.
The Autist in me says yellow & blue makes green. Green means the go ahead has been given.
Things we may not be aware of could be in motion and have been given the green light in terms of operations. Just an observation as seen from a different point of view.
