It’s ridiculous how many truck drivers I have had come up to me and show me an address on their phone, and then just stand there because they can’t speak one word of English. There’s no way that they can safely follow posted directions or warning signs.
Yes. Delivery drivers too. Door dash, Uber and grocery delivery apps too. Totally over run with non English speaking people. Its so annoying when they shove their phone in your face.

They are dangerous too because they drive careless, I have seen them passing the red light like back in their countries.
