Politics and Governments are always filled with psychopaths, male and female. They lack any shred of decency and have no empathy for the people around them. Their greed and desire to control everyone around them knows no bounds. They will literally lie, cheat ,steal, murder with no remorse. They tend to congregate in packs. They find each other, support and promote each other.

Its not all greedy ones, it is mostly a very tiny group that doesnt mind having a few civilian casualties and really loves banks.
