I drove truck for over 20 years and was also a professional fly fishing guide. I can't imagine being on the river for 8 to 10 hours without polarized glasses. So if your body gets sunburned fairly easy what about your eyes? I'm not saying there's not some truth to this especially in the morning I can understand that. What about snow blindness? Try spending the day out on a frozen lake discovered with snow with the sun beating down

I agree ..this is safe for early mornings...go out in shorts and sleeveless shirt to get safe amounts
