Fam and I eat mostly Organic. Been trying to loose some weight too. I will try to exercise more but this has been creeping up on me more and more this last year. Anyone know if a long fast lowers this? Going to try a fast for a few weeks maybe and reset my system. Any other non pharma recs on how to lower this down? Thanks guys.
ALA it is inexpensive and readily available and for the life of me I can’t understand why the sites I used to discover it as a possible solution to soak up floating cholesterol have disappeared. This has been happening more and more. He is a basic link. https://www.webmd.com/diet/alpha-lipoic-acid-ala What I know is that pharma was doing a study to utilize ala as a treatment for cholesterol. I needed something to combat it and in our experience it worked well. Be aware that there is new “causes” increased death warnings. No way no links to what just the random people who take this and other supplements seem to have an elevated earlier death rate. ????????? So be aware. I can say no negative side effects we found and lots of improvement in various things. Used it treat neuropathy in my kiddo as well and it also helped. Hope that helps
