China is going to cooperate and then not cooperate as it suits her. They are following Maoist doctrine. Before it's finished China will look like they comply and then stop for a bit. Back and forth. They are settling in for the long haul as they don't care much about their people and they believe they can outlast the American people who in general have little stomach for protacted economic pain.
