He and others have stated, when Trump listens, it does not matter where you are. Flynn has national security clearance and can access the same data as if he were in office. He has more freedom and he also has his family. If you are aware of what his sister is doing, then you will never have reason to think he would be better in positon. Trump may leave the position open, just to play broken wing, he has the same effect of a Flynn in office as a Flynn and family out of office. Q plan is SOLID.
